What It Really Means To "Take The Red Pill

[...] Once you face “the terror of the situation” within yourself and the automated mechanical nature of many of your feelings, actions, and behaviors where there is no “free will,” you will also see this robotic mechanical behavior in others. You will notice that most people are unconscious automatons driven by unconscious trauma and wounding, conditioning, and programming.

You see how people suffer, but they don’t know that they are suffering as their pain is masked up and suppressed, shoved deep into the unconscious, and hardened in the body-mind. Billions of people are sleepwalking, dreaming of being awake.

At the same time, you don’t look down at them anymore, for you can see the same mechanical nature, shadow, and trauma responses within yourself. You will have deeper and more authentic access to compassion and empathy but without blind compassion. You learn to make boundaries and become more selective and discerning about who you let enter your life.

But you also realize the true “horror of the situation” and how far away we are from any “collective awakening”.

You also realize the futility of looking for any significant change externally – a new system, any new -ism, or any political, social, institutional changes – all of it is useless as long as it is coming from people who are not aware of the true nature of their Being but live mechanically and automate under the influence of the “General Law” [the esoteric description of the matrix forces.]

It’s a humbling experience. It is dark, disturbing, yet liberating and enlightening at the same time. It’s impossible to put it into the limited constructs of language and words. Once you cross that threshold and start to “see the unseen”, there is no turning back to your “normal” life.

At that moment you really took the “red pill”. It will prioritize what truly matters in your life. You won’t waste time and energy anymore on the trivialities of official mainstream cult-ure and you cannot relate to the goals, pleasures, and desires you had in the past. You realize that they were stemming from your conditioned personality.

It is the starting point of the process of individuation where you will also need to face isolation, loneliness, and alienation as part of the process to escape the sleepwalking consensus state of humanity. This phase of alienation and isolation are lessons to test the sincerity of the seeker.

They have been symbolized in many esoteric metaphors of “crossing the moat-threshold” to “enter the Kingdom” with guardians providing riddles and tests for the soul that wishes to find and realize itself and leave the “wilderness” of the matrix.

Many people tend to get stuck in this stage. The alienation and loneliness can make people become hardened, cynical, and nihilistic, and they tend to blame the world for their misery in a victim mentality. They get caught in doom & gloom, negativity, and self-pity, and they resist the necessary [internal] death-rebirth process to individuate.

This resistance and inability to face oneself can also tempt the seeker to go back to “the wilderness of the matrix” as it was symbolized in the first Matrix film when the character Cypher decided to take “the blue pill” to go back to the illusion of the matrix. He made a deal with Agent Smith [symbolizing a Faustian Pact with the Devil] who granted him all the materialistic riches, fame, and popularity that consensus people cherish, worship and are tempted by as well.

Individuation is a necessary stage before we can embark on deeper spiritual/esoteric work to spiritualize our being. Embarking on the process of Individuation is “taking the red pill” from an esoteric perspective. [...]

Researchers use MRI technology to show telepathy between people

Researchers use MRI technology to show telepathy between people

Transferring thoughts, feelings, emotions, or one person invoking some sort of biological response in another, one that can be measured using modern day medical equipment like Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), was the subject of a 2006 study published by several researchers in The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, titled Evidence for Correlations Between Distant Intentionality and Brain Function in Recipients: A Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Analysis.

The study found that distant intentionality (DI), which is defined as sending thoughts at a distance (telepathy) from a 'sender' is actually correlated with an activation of certain brain regions of the 'receiver.'

The study used eleven "healers" who do work in this area, and 11 other people who did not claim to be healers, but had some sort of special connection with the healer.

Empathic people process music differently than others

Empathic people process music differently than others

Highly empathic people process familiar music with greater involvement of the brain's social circuitry, such as the areas activated when feeling empathy for others. They also seem to experience a greater degree of pleasure in listening, as indicated by increased activation of the reward system.

The new study indicates that among higher-empathy people, at least, music is not solely a form of artistic expression.

Worshipping profit-based incentives and materialist consumerism over the well-being of humans

In these tumultuous and challenging times of great transition for humanity, we are being forced to repeatedly observe how the values and organizing principles of current human culture have been shaped to distort natural laws and subvert human heart-based values. The main pillars of society have been built to enslave the masses and extract resources for those at the top and their corrupt minions, willing to turn on their fellow human beings. If we look at the main problems created in the world, they have been built upon inverted values, enforced by the controller archetype of the False King of Tyranny.

The mass media projection of the idealized successful masculine archetype is one that climbs the corporate or social ladder to be given absolute power in his domain, as long as he plays ball with the upper ruling class. To maintain his status and wealth, he is used to continually commit gross Abuses of Power that are intentionally directed against his fellow human beings, to propagate slavery to consumerism and to continually profit off of their misery. Without understanding the NAA oversight in the mind control game behind the creation of these crumbling structures, we misperceive the problems in the world as based on human incompetence and greed. These structures are by design.

Yet, without this understanding many still run to the False King of Tyranny like a father figure hoping that he will extend his almighty power in order to grant them immunity from the evils in the world. Like a traumatized child that has been repeatedly abused by their own parents, many people are still clinging to the appearances of power, unable to see that it is he that is perpetrating the many Abuses of Power. Many of these power abuses are being highlighted all around us, which we may repeatedly see as being carried out by the controller archetype that lives in the negative ego of fear based human beings. As the controller’s desperation and anxiety increases from losing power in the earthly domain, he is even more aggressive to stay on top, more willing to kill and maim in the process. The exploitations of those weakened in the consciousness shift are being committed as physical, emotional, sexual, spiritual, mental, and social abuses that create intense damage and destruction, not only to the victims but also commit long term harm to their communities and industries in a variety of ways.

In order to clearly see that Abuses of Power have been the essential ingredient in the corrupted structure that shapes the society in which we live, we must first recognize that the abuse of power is at an epidemic level of mass proportions. Only when we can see power abuses in hindsight and in action, can we begin to comprehend the true purposes that are underlying them. One of the biggest tasks humanity faces is dismantling the mind control programming that was written by the NAA to worship absolute power as an authority, such as worshipping the rich and famous or social media celebrities as Gods. Somehow, we have been socially conditioned to believe that famous people we all recognize are actually experts at anything. They have been paid copious amounts to appear as an authority in order to represent the marketing of their brands. Why is it that most people do not pay attention or notice the obvious self-serving motivations and conflicts of interest, promoted throughout consumerism and popular opinion? People worship outward appearances of power for all the wrong reasons and seek to emulate its image, as represented in consumer advertising from the morally and spiritually bankrupt.

Misappropriated power is being systematically abused at a terrible human cost, in which ethical conduct and moral character is not even an important factor to consider in conscious decision making which greatly impacts our lives. How did that person achieve his wealth, riches and fame? If he raped, pillaged or ritualized others for it, should we care? Humanities obsession with riches, fame and celebrity on the world stage keeps handing narcissists and psychopaths access to others resources, which further hands them absolute power and an untouchable status. Humanity is guilty of creating the pedestal for the Power Elite as much as they have continually held disdain for the masses and abused their power. This is the time where we must stop and redefine our own relationship to power and further re-contextualize and redesign the meaning of power in our personal life, and within world society.

This is where the decisional framework must be considered for each person, in order to make well informed decisions about where they place personal consent for Abuses of Power through their own behaviors. The domineering bullies at the top have always manipulated the knowledge that appearances and marketing illusions are all that matters in controlling the narratives and that having the substance to back it up is not required. Some people do not value a spiritual platform that is aligned with all of humanity, where unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion and peace are the set goals for achieving inner coherence, while practicing higher standards of ethical behavior.

Instead, they may believe that these are the qualities and attributes of weak and ignorant people, and the only way to success is ruthless self-interest in a dog-eat-dog world. Each person must decide if they are willing to be aligned to their purposes of spiritual growth and to grow into feeling empathy for living things, as this is intrinsic to becoming an authentic and balanced human being during the Ascension Cycle. By accepting the challenge that we all face in life on earth, as we are emerging from the dark aeon of nonhuman entity invasion, this phase supports us to increase personal competencies and gain self-knowledge, to grow into our highest spiritual strength and the true form of benevolent power. If we refuse to recognize life challenges as lessons and opportunities for spiritual growth and cannot gain valuable wisdom from the direct gnosis of higher truths, we are missing the most important message of our time on the earth during the Ascension Cycle.

Until I meet everything with unconditional love, my work is not done.

A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It’s not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering. Attaching to a thought means believing that it’s true, without inquiring. A belief is a thought that we’ve been attaching to, often for years.

The people on the earth are undergoing a methodical procedure of controlled de-humanization through dissociation.

High frequency energy signals like love, compassion, empathy and spiritual connection help to repair our nervous system and help us to reconnect with our Soul-Spirit intelligence messaging. Artificial signals and low frequency energy signals like fear, hatred, violence or jealousy damage our nervous system and disconnect us from our Soul-Spirit.

Empathic people are natural targets for sociopaths - protect yourself

Empathic people are natural targets for sociopaths - protect yourself -- Science of the Spirit -- Sott.net:

The empathy trap: therapists and counselors almost by definition are empathic, to facilitate clients' recovery - but this quality can mean those carers are targets for sociopaths, aided by what Dr Jane & Tim McGregor call "apaths". The first UK article on this cruel sport shows how to identify and thus avoid it.

This article is not about sociopaths per se but about surviving the harm they cause.

The NF Empathy Shift

Why I (INFJ) sometimes feel so restless, why I sometimes feel like people are sucking me dry, clinging to me, hooked on to me and why sometimes people have such high expectations of me?
This piece of writing explains why!
Although NFs (intuitive feeling) especially the male NF, become restless if others (including mates, children, or parents) are dependant, NFs have in their own personalities characteristics that promote this dependancy. They pride themselves on being sensitive to others and caring about them. It is almost impossible for NFs to be unaware of others psychological needs. Yet the NF becomes restless when these ties begin to bind, as they do when the amount of emotional input becomes a psychological overload for the NF. At this point the NF can seem cruel, insisting unexpectedly that the other "stand on his own two feet." This shift in attitude is usually abrubt and the person who heretofore believed that he was very special in the eyes of the NF now finds himself apparently rejected. The NF does not mean to be unkind; he or she is simply disconnecting a relationship which can no longer be handled - in spite of the reality that the NF created this dependant relationship through expressions of empathy and unique understanding. Building empathic relationships is second nature to this temperament, a master of the art of intimacy. But as those around the NF want more and more attention, more and more expressions of this unusual appreciation, more and more signals of deep affection, the NF becomes restless and resentful of pressures to deliver what had seemed promised: the ideal love, the perfect friendship, complete understanding, and total acceptance.
The NF is vulnerable to this kind of misunderstanding because of his extraordinary capabilities to introject. He can take into himself the point of view, the emotions, and the psychological state of another so completely that the other feels totally recieved. The other person may not realize that the NF does this in most relationships, and may be hurt on discovering that he is not valued as uniquely as he first thought. When the NF leaves each person, the NF no longer resonates to that person but relates to the person now present.

Code of Ethics for Spiritual Guides

People have long sought to enrich their lives and to awaken to their full natures through spiritual practices including prayer, meditation, mind-body disciplines, service, ritual, community liturgy, holy-day and seasonal observances, and rites of passage. "Primary religious practices" are those intended, or especially likely, to bring about exceptional states of consciousness such as the direct experience of the divine, of cosmic unity, or of boundless awareness.
In any community, there are some who feel called to assist others along spiritual paths, and who are known as ministers, rabbis, pastors, curanderas, shamans, priests, or other titles. We call such people 'guides': those experienced in some practice, familiar with the terrain, and who act to facilitate the spiritual practices of others. A guide need not claim exclusive or definitive knowledge of the terrain.
Spiritual practices, and especially primary religious practices, carry risks. Therefore, when an individual chooses to practice with the assistance of a guide, both take on special responsibilities. The Council on Spiritual Practices proposes the following Code of Ethics for those who serve as spiritual guides.
  1. [Intention] Spiritual guides are to practice and serve in ways that cultivate awareness, empathy, and wisdom.
  2. [Serving Society] Spiritual practices are to be designed and conducted in ways that respect the common good, with due regard for public safety, health, and order. Because the increased awareness gained from spiritual practices can catalyze desire for personal and social change, guides shall use special care to help direct the energies of those they serve, as well as their own, in responsible ways that reflect a loving regard for all life.
  3. [Serving Individuals] Spiritual guides shall respect and seek to preserve the autonomy and dignity of each person. Participation in any primary religious practice must be voluntary and based on prior disclosure and consent given individually by each participant while in an ordinary state of consciousness. Disclosure shall include, at a minimum, discussion of any elements of the practice that could reasonably be seen as presenting physical or psychological risks. In particular, participants must be warned that primary religious experience can be difficult and dramatically transformative.Guides shall make reasonable preparations to protect each participant's health and safety during spiritual practices and in the periods of vulnerability that may follow. Limits on the behaviors of participants and facilitators are to be made clear and agreed upon in advance of any session. Appropriate customs of confidentiality are to be established and honored.
  4. [Competence] Spiritual guides shall assist with only those practices for which they are qualified by personal experience and by training or education.
  5. [Integrity] Spiritual guides shall strive to be aware of how their own belief systems, values, needs, and limitations affect their work. During primary religious practices, participants may be especially open to suggestion, manipulation, and exploitation; therefore, guides pledge to protect participants and not to allow anyone to use that vulnerability in ways that harm participants or others.
  6. [Quiet Presence] To help safeguard against the harmful consequences of personal and organizational ambition, spiritual communities are usually better allowed to grow through attraction rather than active promotion.
  7. [Not for Profit] Spiritual practices are to be conducted in the spirit of service. Spiritual guides shall strive to accommodate participants without regard to their ability to pay or make donations.
  8. [Tolerance] Spiritual guides shall practice openness and respect towards people whose beliefs are in apparent contradiction to their own.
  9. [Peer Review] Each guide shall seek the counsel of other guides to help ensure the wholesomeness of his or her practices and shall offer counsel when there is need.

stream of consciousness

September 2005
What about people almost simultaneously thinking up an invention or theory or recieving an insight at roughly the same time on opposite sides of the globe? There must people just like me, going through the same things as me, in the same mindscape as me, all the time, all over the world. There are so many people on the planet that this must be true. Mass fear works the same way. It’s incredible and terrible when fear is felt on a mass scale, like just after a major terrorist attack or huge natural disaster. These things are needed though even though this may sound crude, I believe these things happen for the sake of love. Mass fear can turn to mass compassion and empathy and love energy through these things. Especially during this time with the world in the state it is in. People need to be linked on a mass scale in order to evolve on a mass scale. History can almost finish this story off and yet what is coming is still just a feeling. However true anything may be, it is all still an illusion unless the energy is love energy. I see people becoming scared that they’ll be left behind or left out and therefore sabotage the evolution of others as a survival strategy. Others sabotage the growth of others out of jealousy and envy. What is this stream of consiousness that fills me and drains me at will?

Mirror neurons

'Spectrum of empathy' found in the brain
18 September 2006 - NewScientist.com news service - Rowan Hooper
Ever wondered how some people can “put themselves into another person's shoes” and some people cannot? Our ability to empathise with others seems to depend on the action of "mirror neurons" in the brain, according to a new study.
Mirror neurons, known to exist in humans and in macaque monkeys, activate when an action is observed, and also when it is performed. Now new research reveals that there are mirror neurons in humans that fire when sounds are heard. In other words, if you hear the noise of someone eating an apple, some of the same neurons fire as when you eat the apple yourself.
So-called auditory mirror neurons were known only in macaques. To determine if they exist in humans Valeria Gazzola, at the school of behavioural and cognitive neurosciences neuroimaging centre at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and colleagues, put 16 volunteers into functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanners and observed their brains as they were played different noises.
The volunteers heard noises such as a sheet of paper being torn, or of someone crunching potato chips. Then the same subjects were scanned again, this time whilst tearing a piece of paper, or eating potato chips.
Vicarious crunching
“We combined the data from listening and execution and looked to see if the activity in the brain overlaps,” says Gazzola’s colleague Christian Keysers, also at the University of Groningen. Sure enough, it did overlap. Motor neurons associated with mouth actions (crunching) and hand actions (ripping) were activated in both cases.
The overlap occurred in areas of the brain such as the bilateral temporal gyrus and the superior temporal sulcus.
“The mirror system is a particular form of Pavlovian association,” says Keysers, referring to the classic behavioural experiments where dogs were trained to associate food with the noise of a bell. “Each time you crunch a potato chip you hear yourself crunching the chip, and now when you hear someone else crunching it activates your own action neurons.”
Spectrum of difference
The phenomenon has been exploited by advertisers for years – think of the Coca-cola commercials comprising of just the noise of a bottle of Coke being opened, the fizz of the drink and the sound of the drinking. And intriguingly, subjects in the study who scored higher in empathy tests also showed higher levels of mirror neuron activation.
Differences in empathy scores and mirror neuron activity have been observed between autistic and non-autistic people, says Keysers, but this is the first time a spectrum of difference has been found in non-autistic people. “How empathetic we are seems to be related to how strongly our mirror neuron system is activated,” he says.
“It’s exciting because we can start to look at the diversity of experiences of other people. Some people see others through themselves, and some are more objective about it.”

empathy

by Xorkoth
I've been empathetic my whole life, although when I was young people thought I wasn't, as did I because I didn't understand what I was experiencing. That was because I felt frightened by the emotions that I would feel from others, because it was so powerful. As a result, I would shut myself off as best as possible and try to dissociate from the situation, so people thought I was oblivious to it all. The emotional state of others has always deeply affected me, to the point where when I spend much time around depressed people I start to get depressed myself.
As I got older, I eventually tried psychedelics, which opened me up even further, but also helped me to understand what I was experiencing. I can accurately judge how someone is feeling and generally also understand why. I feel emotions coming off of people almost like I can see them. I feel them from a distance, too, without even looking, like a certain kind of tingle coming from the direction of the person. This is the main reason that I generally trip alone when I do a psychedelic, because if the person I'm with is feeling negative, that negativity will be imposed on me. Recently I've been able to separate my own emotions from those of others much more easily while sober, which has helped me a lot personally, but it can still be a challenge to me while in highly suggestible states. I used to be unable to separate my own emotions from others' most of the time, and it frightened me because I'd feel sad or angry or something and not have any idea why. I'm also able to project my own emotions very strongly, as I've been discovering in the past year. I'm usually now able to bring those very close to me out of negative states by projecting positive emotions consistently and consciously directing them towards others.

empathy
  • power of projecting one's personality into object of contemplation.
  • the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner.

The Apollonian Temperament

Freud proclaimed that a force called Eros drives us all from within. But many centuries earlier Hippocrates believed there to be at least four different types of personalities in which he labeled choleric, phlegmatic, melancholic and sanguine.
This idea that people can have fundamentally different personalities was adopted in this century by Carl Jung. He identified at least sixteen basic personality types and four basic temperaments in people.
In the 1950's Isabel Myers and Katheryn Briggs devised a personality test based on Jung's theories that has become the most widely used personality test to date. It is called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator identifies four basic types of preferences in every person. They are:
· Extraversion (E) versus Introversion (I),
· Intuition (N) versus Sensation (S),
· Thinking (T) versus Feeling (F),
· Perceiving (P) versus Judging (J)
These personality types share four basic temperaments. They are:
· The Dionysian Temperament (ISTP, ESTP, ISFP, ESFP)
· The Epimethean Temperament (ISFJ, ESFJ, ISTJ, ESTJ)
· The Promethean Temperament (INTP, ENTP, INTJ, ENTJ)
· The Apollonian Temperament (INFJ, ENFJ, INFP, ENFP)
The Apollonian Temperament comprises about 12% of the population and includes all of the NF personality types: INFJ, ENFJ, INFP, and ENFP.
NF's must discover themselves and become what they are meant to be. Their search is often circular and therefore perpetual. To find oneself to live a life of significance, to make a difference in the world is what matters the most.
Integrity is a premium virtue for NF's. To be inauthentic or phony is to lose self. Most writers and poets are found in this temperament NF's will get involved in causes. But they may not stay in them unless a deep, lasting significance can be found.
The same is true with relationships. NF's will invest generously in a relationship so long as the other person is responding in kind. They are rarely found in commercial occupations or physical sciences. NF's have an extraordinary ability to accommodate perceptions in others and appear to be whatever someone wants them to be.
