How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are

A well-documented feature of trauma, one familiar to many, is our inability to articulate what happens to us. We not only lose our words, but something happens with our memory as well. During a traumatic incident, our thought processes become scattered and disorganized in such a way that we no longer recognize the memories as belonging to the original event. Instead, fragments of memory, dispersed as images, body sensations, and words, are stored in our unconscious and can become activated later by anything even remotely reminiscent of the original experience. Once they are triggered, it is as if an invisible rewind button has been pressed, causing us to reenact aspects of the original trauma in our day-to-day lives. Unconsciously, we could find ourselves reacting to certain people, events, or situations in old, familiar ways that echo the past.

Sigmund Freud identified this pattern more than one hundred years ago. Traumatic re-enactment, or “repetition compulsion,” as Freud coined it, is an attempt of the unconscious to replay what’s unresolved,so we can “get it right.” This unconscious drive to relive past events could be one of the mechanisms at work when families repeat unresolved traumas in future generations.

Freud’s contemporary Carl Jung also believed that what remains unconscious does not dissolve, but rather resurfaces in our lives as fate or fortune. “Whatever does not emerge as Consciousness,” he said, “returns as Destiny.” In other words, we’re likely to keep repeating our unconscious patterns until we bring them into the light of awareness. Both Jung and Freud noted that whatever is too difficult to process does not fade away on its own, but rather is stored in our unconscious.

There are spirits that are benevolent, loving, and truthful and there are spirits that are harmful, hateful and deceptive...

All of what we can see with our eyes in the physical realm has a spiritual or energetic component, or type of consciousness, that exists in the same space or another dimension of time. All of what we cannot see wth our physical eyes reveals a vast system of interconnected spiritual energetic components that also co-exist with us in the material world. Spirits do not need to be incarnated into a human body or any kind of physical body, in order to co-exist with us right here in this realm.

What are Negative Disincarnates or Negative Spirits?

All gridworkers and those on the earth that represent and support the Christos-Sophia reclamation, support humanitarian issues and God Forces to help heal the earth and humanity, will be targeted by high level sorcery and Black Magicians in order to stop that person or groups spiritual mission. This is why in every case, we must never give up our spiritual practices, dedication to serve God STO, or defer our authority or will to any Negative Spirits, Archontic Deception Strategy or Black Magician. Pray, meditate and communicate with your Higher Self or God forces to help strengthen your spiritual power, as much as possible, until you are always in direct contact.

to construct an Ark

Religious myths might be the narratives of an ancient technology and knowledge of the cosmos that far surpasses our present day understanding, as well as a warning to us about some perilous state in which we are living, and some future event toward which we are heading. The myths, rituals and ceremonies of the ancient religions are but surviving fragments of this technology from which the true significance has vanished.

freedom timelines

To be free, to live in present time, to live on the co-creation timelines and not on the chaos to armageddon timelines means to live by faith, avoiding the psychic attacks through reverance for life, means allowing self respect to guide us forward and remaining at all times in the temple; the body temple. Many times we jump backwards and forwards from one timeline to the other, trying out these different worlds. To know which timeline you are on: know true freedom!

shamanic Mckenna

From sadistic bloodsucking to greener pastures

We carry on eliminating the BS, one second at a time, try to raise our consciousness to silently radiate peace to the world, meditate on courage. Polarity integration is like breathing or eating for us or the heart beating for us.

As far as we create our own reality abraham stuff, how can the future not be bright, shining, fulfilling for us?

Knowledge protects; we accumulate knowledge and it changes us, the knowing changes our vibe, therefore we create based on what we know, it protects us....spiritually but we must put the knowledge into action somehow, being a passive bipolar in a sick world doesn't help or does it?

As you were saying life is a bit of a dichotomy at all times, full of paradox, like for example the: do we need to fully get rid of the psychopaths or do we need them? a bit of both right?

or we create our own reality but did children really want to be sacrificed, or raped or starved? uno the first six years are the forming years, we are talking about the years in which a child learns its creation programme or mind is formed.

or we must take action, steps, movement, flow, work but really we don't need to know HOW we are going to get what we want, we don't need to be preoccupied with HOW we are going to do anything, our positive, pleasant vibe is enough.

Work is joy, actions are gifts.

HOW to deprogramme the mind without suffering? Again, the HOW? Apparently we can learn all of our lessons in bliss and happiness, it doesn't have to be negative.
?

The understanding I think is in the 'knowledge protects' theory/lifestyle/survival and the 'ignorance endangers' themes too.

Ultimately some of us humans do seek balance on all levels and therefore wholeness, completeness, healing and know that it could be so, some of us feel that the convictions/programming/studies that claim that man is naturally violent and self-seeking and its a nature problem, not a nurture problem are BS, and that man has inherent goodness inside, locked away due to trauma from outside forces. I would almost believe however that there are many different dna/breeds/types/mutations/genetic manipulation and that there are some f***ed up strands all mixed in there, one big juicy mess of polar opposite forces all tangled up.

Anyways being a soul-rebel uno, I speak rather the shamanic language, I look at the soul of a man, I speak to the spirit of man and I pass judgement but with a comforting nod or wink, for truly all is not lost.

Do the masses, fellow human beings all get destroyed? Whose soul lives on? The organic portals or those lacking soul potential or STS polarized do they get stuck or split? Do the 'generally 'good' people with STO potential do they transition to greener pastures?

So every one answer in this life is like a thousand new questions and so in order that we stay tuned into this frequency to be able to experience this physical life we jolly well need our ego or we would just burn, just go insane. Seems some negativity is grounding us or something, like the ego can control us, the me, me, me mode comes forth from survival fight or flight due to impending trauma from living life with the elements, roving beasts, diseases, pain, hunger, war, NWO, PTB etc. Who wants us stuck here on earth and why?

Yes, life on earth can be paradise, it truly is at times, often pretty ok actually but still, we are like cattle to them, we are their prey, they feed on our negative emotions. We (all) are stuck here on earth like a fly that landed on the planet for a quick taste/sense, then the spider came to suck us dry, and we could have buzzed off quickly to a new system but we got trapped, stuck in a web of lies, hypnotized by the beast, it wants us alive for sadistic bloodsucking, but really, really, we can escape, we have wings, we can fly the solarsystem.

So I realized that I have been stressed, so stressed about my situation, fight or flight that I was not able to see the redemptive light.
The body says STOP! ultimately, the body is the 'enough is enough' shut down system, the body is amazing, such a brilliant, beautiful and compassionate one. The body speaks a language too. It says: I love you, I will endure for you, I love you enough to die for you and I will kill you if you fuck around for too long and don't listen to what I'm telling you.

Don't mind my musings, hope they amuse you.

They have succumbed to an evil that runs very deep within the human psyche

Contrary to what psychologists and sociologists tell us, Evil and violent tendencies are not inherent to the human species. At one time, we were a very high and benevolent species.

“Man is perfect at his origin, a divine being who has degenerated into what we are”
– R. A. Schwaller de Lubicz (Egyptian Miracle)

“…primeval man was the truest model and representative of man, and that all human progress since, though upward in some things, has been in the main an unceasing deterioration…All the world that came next after primeval man honored and even worshiped their first fathers as very gods of light, knowledge and greatness”
– Joseph A. Seiss (Gospel of the Stars)

“The elders and shaman make no bones about it. In their estimation man has fallen from a great height and lost his way morally and spiritually. The world’s many myths and legends even go so far as to tell us why man became disconnected and insane. They preserve information that speaks of terrible celestial and terrestrial cataclysms that devastated the Earth and shook the consciousness of human beings to its foundations.”
– Michael Tsarion

Violence and evil was a program that was inserted into humanity many thousands of years ago by trans-dimensional entities that have taken control of our planet, enslaved humanity, inserted programs into them to control them, and feed off of humanity, all living beings upon our planet, and even the energies of the water and mineral kingdom. The Gnostics knew them as the archons. Don Juan called them the predators.

“We have a predator that came from the depths of the cosmos and took over the rule of our lives. Human beings are its prisoners. The Predator is our lord and master. It has rendered us docile, helpless. If we want to protest, it suppresses our protest. If we want to act independently, it demands that we don’t do so… I have been beating around the bush all this time, insinuating to you that something is holding us prisoner. Indeed we are held prisoner!

“This was an energetic fact for the sorcerers of ancient Mexico … They took us over because we are food for them, and they squeeze us mercilessly because we are their sustenance. just as we rear chickens in chicken coops, the predators rear us in human coops, humaneros. Therefore, their food is always available to them.”

“…………. They gave us their mind! Do you hear me? The predators give us their mind, which becomes our mind. The predators’ mind is baroque, contradictory, morose, filled with the fear of being discovered any minute now.

“I know that even though you have never suffered hunger… you have food anxiety, which is none other than the anxiety of the predator who fears that any moment now its maneuver is going to be uncovered and food is going to be denied. Through the mind, which, after all, is their mind, the predators inject into the lives of human beings whatever is convenient for them. And they ensure, in this manner, a degree of security to act as a buffer against their fear.”
– Don Juan to Carlos Castaneda in The Children of the Matrix

serves their learning

For shamans imagination is more than cerebral activity, rather, imagination is an actual vehicle that carries them to unknown realms. Thoughts and feelings are forms of energy that go to specific locations in the web of power, not simply mental activity as most of us have been taught to believe.

yes on the sending of psychic energy:

It brings to mind all kind of associations with witchcraft, sorcery, shamanism, and black magic. You can understand why i am interested in possession, entities, mind control and other psi related phenomena because of the strong correlation between my experiences and what i have researched.

The information out there, up till now has not been fully satisfactory to me and it is a somewhat shady subject matter, not scientifically provable or properly documented; the shadow realms. The new age handles this phenomena rather superficially, I have yet to meet someone who can relate properly to the ethics involved.
I do have a basic understanding of how the energy mechanics work, how energy is transfered, it seems this ability comes rather naturally to me.??

For example; it is possible for me to impress certain thoughts and vibrations onto someone without their consent and plant certain thoughts into their consciousness and even have them act a certain way, and even if they don't like it, they cannot block this, it stops when I stop. In other words I am overriding the free will of another. ?
What are the consequences? Every action has a re-action.

Is this some form of parasitic behavior? Will I experience a negative boomerang effect? like psychic issues later, how well protected am I energetically? It really makes me stop dead in my tracks sometimes when I realise what i am capable of. !!! fear comes up and always some sort of conscience.

Almost always the subject/reciever is enjoying the attention and for the first time aware of the uncanny, otherwordly for me normal, happenings.

Then this phenomena also brings to mind associations with prison planet, mass mind control, secret governement, tv, advertising etc, nwo, it seems most people are energetically not protected, unwillingly giving their power away, open to psychic control (spiritual control).
Where does free will come in? Was darwin right after all: survival of the fittest??? :( Thought police indeed.

You said in the e:

i was also inspired to resurrect an idea i had toyed with a few years ago, about each person having their own domain, or empire, and that imposing one's ideas upon another, upon the world, was a kind of imperialism albeit born of personal desires, not that of the state. (what is the state version of it other than the collection of individual wills?)

This makes sense!

There is sphere of influence, aura, of powerful minds. the more conscious one is, the more power one has? and the more power one has, the more responsible one must become.
Integrity then comes into play (free will) because one may use the power to further ones personal empire born from personal desires or further ones empire born from heart space/compassion based, to further mankind, alleviate suffering etc.

shift in global culture and consciousness

by Daniel Pinchbeck
My view is that “2012” is useful as a meme if it helps us to catalyze a shift in global culture and consciousness. Rather than fretting about what may or may not happen on that date, we should concentrate on the work that needs to be done now, on an inner as well as outer level. My recent focus has been the outer level, studying social theory and political philosophy. If we were to have an opportunity to transform society, what could that transformation look like in a practical sense? How could it be carried out? I have been reviewing the ideas of thinkers like Macchiavelli, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Thomas Jefferson, Karl Marx and Hannah Arendt, seeking insight into the nature of politics and power.
How do we bring awareness gained through shamanic practice or yogic discipline back into the gritty realities of political struggle and the fight against global inequity of wealth and resources? It seems there is still a lot of denial among Western mystics and “New Agers,” as well as elitism and spiritual materialism. Whether someone does a flawless series of asanas, drinks ayahuasca with 20 different shamans or visits hidden monasteries in Bhutan has no value as a sign of spiritual attainment. How they live day by day, what they do with the psychic energy and time available to them and how their work helps to liberate others is what matters.
I see this tendency to ignore the social and political struggle in the works of wildly popular writers such as Eckhart Tolle, who has repackaged Vedanta for the masses. In Tolle’s recent book, A New Earth, he writes: “We are coming to the end not only of mythologies but also of ideologies and belief systems.” According to Tolle, the creation of the “new earth” needs no change in social practices as long as you make “the present moment… the focal point of your life.” Tolle exhorts his audience to “enjoy what you are doing already, instead of waiting for some change so that you can start enjoying what you do.” Whether you are an artist, teacher, Fox News executive or currency speculator doesn’t matter: “The new earth arises as more and more people discover that their main purpose in life is to bring the light of consciousness into this world and so use whatever they do as a vehicle for consciousness.” For Tolle, the effort to change our society’s inequitable and unsustainable practices has no particular value compared to the paradise of presence.
The popularity of this message is unsurprising. Some political thinkers argue that the adoption of Eastern thought in the West has given people a way to accept capitalism, and “Empire,” by finding detachment from it. For the critic Slavoj Zizek, Western Buddhism and Hinduism “enables you to fully participate in the frantic pace of the capitalist game, while sustaining the perception that you are not really in it, that you are well aware how worthless this spectacle really is — what really matters to you is the peace of the inner self to which you know you can always withdraw…” Zizek goes so far as to propose, “the onslaught of New Age ‘Asiatic’ thought… is establishing itself as the hegemonic ideology of global capitalism.”
The shift of “2012” could mean that Eastern mysticism, the earth-based shamanism of tribal people and the West’s pursuit of philosophical and scientific knowledge about the world come together to create a new form of consciousness. I suspect the West still has to realize its spiritual destiny — its dharma — in the transformation of matter and the creation of a truly equitable and sustainable world. As the design scientist Buckminster Fuller wrote, “No human chromosomes say make the world work for everybody — only mind can tell you that.” We may not need “ideology” any more, as Tolle says, but we still need good ideas about how we reinvent our society and its institutions to become ethically transparent and sustainable. Rather than escaping from society’s problems by embracing pure presence, we can use the awareness gained from spiritual practice to become more effective agents of social change.

Thought Entities

Humans are far from the only aware beings in this reality. As individuals we reside in multiple realms, obviously our body occupies the physical realm, whilst the mind has the ability to exist across numerous realms simultaneously, many of which we access without even realising. Affording abilities such as intuition, prescience, telepathy - which on however small a level, most of us have experienced. Some of those other realms our mind wanders, are “spirit” worlds which can be accessed through meditative techniques or via other means such as taking shamanistic vines like Ayahuasca. Beyond this however, our mind is also a realm unto itself.
Within that individual realm reside all manner of non-physical manifestations. In that place - thoughts, when given sufficient power give birth to beings - these thoughts become “entities” in and of themselves. They reside within our minds, sometimes hidden and at other times they rise to the fore and can momentarily posses us. Influencing a decision or an action; “I can’t understand why I did that!” we say. The more power we feed such beings, the more potential influence they can have over us - until eventually our every waking moment is occupied by thoughts that are not our own. Such beings have the ability to transcend individual mind-spaces, crossing over to another individual. How many times have you had an infuriating moment with someone - only to later find their words (or thoughts?) playing over and over in your mind. This is how those entities attempt to take root.

Code of Ethics for Spiritual Guides

People have long sought to enrich their lives and to awaken to their full natures through spiritual practices including prayer, meditation, mind-body disciplines, service, ritual, community liturgy, holy-day and seasonal observances, and rites of passage. "Primary religious practices" are those intended, or especially likely, to bring about exceptional states of consciousness such as the direct experience of the divine, of cosmic unity, or of boundless awareness.
In any community, there are some who feel called to assist others along spiritual paths, and who are known as ministers, rabbis, pastors, curanderas, shamans, priests, or other titles. We call such people 'guides': those experienced in some practice, familiar with the terrain, and who act to facilitate the spiritual practices of others. A guide need not claim exclusive or definitive knowledge of the terrain.
Spiritual practices, and especially primary religious practices, carry risks. Therefore, when an individual chooses to practice with the assistance of a guide, both take on special responsibilities. The Council on Spiritual Practices proposes the following Code of Ethics for those who serve as spiritual guides.
  1. [Intention] Spiritual guides are to practice and serve in ways that cultivate awareness, empathy, and wisdom.
  2. [Serving Society] Spiritual practices are to be designed and conducted in ways that respect the common good, with due regard for public safety, health, and order. Because the increased awareness gained from spiritual practices can catalyze desire for personal and social change, guides shall use special care to help direct the energies of those they serve, as well as their own, in responsible ways that reflect a loving regard for all life.
  3. [Serving Individuals] Spiritual guides shall respect and seek to preserve the autonomy and dignity of each person. Participation in any primary religious practice must be voluntary and based on prior disclosure and consent given individually by each participant while in an ordinary state of consciousness. Disclosure shall include, at a minimum, discussion of any elements of the practice that could reasonably be seen as presenting physical or psychological risks. In particular, participants must be warned that primary religious experience can be difficult and dramatically transformative.Guides shall make reasonable preparations to protect each participant's health and safety during spiritual practices and in the periods of vulnerability that may follow. Limits on the behaviors of participants and facilitators are to be made clear and agreed upon in advance of any session. Appropriate customs of confidentiality are to be established and honored.
  4. [Competence] Spiritual guides shall assist with only those practices for which they are qualified by personal experience and by training or education.
  5. [Integrity] Spiritual guides shall strive to be aware of how their own belief systems, values, needs, and limitations affect their work. During primary religious practices, participants may be especially open to suggestion, manipulation, and exploitation; therefore, guides pledge to protect participants and not to allow anyone to use that vulnerability in ways that harm participants or others.
  6. [Quiet Presence] To help safeguard against the harmful consequences of personal and organizational ambition, spiritual communities are usually better allowed to grow through attraction rather than active promotion.
  7. [Not for Profit] Spiritual practices are to be conducted in the spirit of service. Spiritual guides shall strive to accommodate participants without regard to their ability to pay or make donations.
  8. [Tolerance] Spiritual guides shall practice openness and respect towards people whose beliefs are in apparent contradiction to their own.
  9. [Peer Review] Each guide shall seek the counsel of other guides to help ensure the wholesomeness of his or her practices and shall offer counsel when there is need.

Conscious Archetypes

Archetypes are patterns of energy that are easily recognizable and resonant to human beings, and become the unconscious frameworks that determine how/why people think and react. The name comes from Greek archetypos, "original pattern." Archetypes are universally familiar characters or situations that transcend time, place, culture, gender, and age. They represent eternal truths.
We identify and relate to archetypes as primary characters or personalities of the human condition. They are the "givens" in our psychological makeup, the patterns that shape our perceptions of the world—an unlearned tendency to experience things in a certain way. Some archetypes include the Mother, the Father, and the Child. Many archetypes are story characters. Probably best known is the Hero, usually engaged in fighting the "shadow" in the form of dragons and other monsters. Then there is the Witch who controls, manipulates, and casts spells—destroying connection with other people and with oneself. Or there is the Trickster, often represented by a clown or a magician, whose role is to hamper progress and generally make trouble.
To quote Jung:
"All the most powerful ideas in history go back to archetypes. This is particularly true of religious ideas, but the central concepts of science, philosophy, and ethics are no exception to this rule. In their present form they are variants of archetypal ideas, created by consciously applying and adapting these ideas to reality. For it is the function of consciousness not only to recognize and assimilate the external world through the gateway of the senses, but to translate into visible reality the world within us."
—"The Structure of the Psyche" (1927), in Collected Works Vol. 8.
Thus, self-realization (sometimes called individuation) is partly instinctual. When you intersect with an archetype, you connect with an energy that mirrors your own energy. People contact their archetypes without even knowing they have. When we talk about someone "pushing our buttons" or "love at first sight," we enter the realm of archetype. When we hear inner voices, or our friends say, "that isn't like you," we are displaying an archetype. When we are beside ourselves with rage, or when we notice ourselves looking exactly like mom or dad, when we speak words we do not intend to say, or goof ourselves up in any number of ways, we are exhibiting an archetype. Jung says that when you are in the grips of the archetype, you don't have it—it has you. Jung further believed that “archetypes were, and still are, psychic forces that demand to be taken seriously, and they have a strange way of making sure of their effect.”
By exploring the archetypal figures you manifest, you can develop a more complete, whole sense of self. Archetypes are powerful for helping you notice what you are doing with your energy—or even to make your life a bit more exciting or relaxing, once you choose to manifest them consciously.
