I was at the Headwaters forest demonstration several years ago when thousands of people descended upon tiny Humboldt county in support of the trees.Unfortunately, the voices of the people were not heard and the trees were and continue to be strip logged. It takes a certain kind of grace to watch the world being destroyed without being lost in the insanity of it all. One can only try.
Wow, 'a certain kind of grace' indeed, thats very well put, a certain kind of detachment is needed to not become depressed by the destruction of our earth and to see past the duality and embrace the unity. We can only try.
